The Model 190-NSPEZ is a horizontal live roller conveyor, designed for Zero-Pressure Accumulation of product. Positive Braking in each zone reduces the possibility of damage to fragile items during accumulation. Singulation feature allows products to be removed from any location on the conveyor.

How It Works

The conveyor is divided into accumulation zones. Each zone extracts power from a linbe shaft that runs the entire length of the conveyor. A brake may be pneumatically applied to the tread rollers in each zone, causing product in that zone to stop. Hytrols accumulation modules sense product presence and control the accumulation and release of product from the zones.

NOTE: Operating NSPEZ in sleep mode is not recommended.

The Model 190-PREZ Powered Roller Accumulating Conveyor uses a series of 24 VDC motorized rollers to drive the tread rollers, eliminating the need for drive belts, chains, or line shafts. Quiet operation, ease of installation, and modularity are just some of the advantages of the Model 190-PREZ.

The conveyor is made up of standard 60 in. long accumulation zones. Each zone extracts power from a flat drive belt that runs the entire length of the conveyor. When a product is stopped, a sensing roller is depressed, sending a signal to the trailing zone. When the next load moves into this zone, the drive belt is lowered away from the tread rollers causing the product to stop. The sequence will continue until the conveyor is loaded. When any product is removed, all others behind this zone will move forward in sequence.

The Model 25-CREZD is a chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle loads such as pallets, drums, etc. Items are accumulated with "Zero-Back Pressure" reducing the possibility of collisions that may result in product damage.

The conveyor is made up of standard 60 in. long accumulation zones. Each zone contains an individual zone drive interfaced to Hytrol's EZLogic accumulation modules. The modules sense product presence and control the accumulation and release of the zones by starting and stopping the zone drives.

The Model 2511-CRA is a chain driven live roller conveyor designed to handle loads such as pallets, drums, etc. Items are accumulated with "Zero-Back Pressure" reducing the possibility of collisions that may result in product damage.

The conveyor is made up of standard 60 in. long accumulation zones. Each zone extracts power from a main drive chain through a mechanical clutch. When a product is stopped, a sensing roller is depressed, sending a signal to the trailing zone. When the next product moves into this zone, a drive is disengaged and the product stops. This sequence will continue until the conveyor is loaded. When any load is removed, all others behind this zone will move forward in sequence.

The Model CCEZ is a horizontal plastic belt conveyor designed for accumulating 12 & 24 packs of canned beverages where high speeds and large through-puts are required.

The conveyor is made up of 24 in. long accumulation zones. The product is conveyed on a low friction plastic belt. The belt is held against the bottom of the product by means of a pair of air actuators. When accumulation begins, Hytrol's EZLogic Accumulation Module sense product presence, which causes the air actuators to deflate. This allows the plastic belt to lower and sets the product on a pair of UHMW wear bars, where the product slides to a stop. This sequence will continue until the conveyor is loaded. When the discharge zone is signaled to move forward, all zones behind will move forward in sequence.

The Model DCEZ-60 is a drag chain conveyor designed to handle pallets. With EZLogic accumulation module, pallets are accumulated with Zero-Back Pressure reducing the possibility of collision that may result in product damage.

The conveyor is made up of drive, intermediate and tail sections on which two strands of 2060 double-pitch chain travel. Each strand is a continuous loop and driven by a common drive shaft. Hytol's EZLogic accumulation modules sense product presence and control the accumulation and release of product from the zones. To accumulate products, accumulation lift pads are activated which lift the product off of chain strands.

The Model 20-CR is a medium-duty chain driven roller conveyor used for conveying oily parts. Can be used in bottling and steel industries. The 20-CR produces a positive drive that aids in many manufacturing processes.
